AnyBizAI designs, builds, integrates, and maintains AI chat bots, voice agents, and web applications. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Fees are quoted per engagement. Unless the proposal states otherwise, invoices are due on receipt, and recurring subscriptions bill monthly in advance. Late payment may pause service delivery.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, content, and access you give us, and for making sure your use of our systems complies with the laws and regulations that apply to your industry, including recording, consent, and healthcare privacy rules.

Chat and voice agents generate responses automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. They are a support tool, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing output that affects your customers.

Site content, branding, and our underlying tooling remain our property. On full payment you receive the rights to the deliverables described in your agreement. You keep ownership of the content and data you supply.

Our systems integrate with third-party platforms such as CRMs, calendars, telephony, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or terms imposed by those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyBizAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
